You're sure to get hungry while enjoying the festival. These fine vendors will be preparing and selling fantastically fresh lunch and snack foods all afternoon.

Lunch Menus

BBQ Pork Sandwich: Slow roasted Grateful Growers Pork with Southern–style BBQ sauce, served with a side of baked beans and coleslaw.

Carnitas: Braised Grateful Growers pork shoulder nestled in a pair of warm soft flour tortillas with homemade refried pinto beans,and Yah’s Best Slow-Burn salsa.

Beef Sliders: Two Profit Farms Beef Sliders with caramelized onions and arugula pesto on a freshly baked sesame bun.

JWU Community Garden, a non–profit, will be assisting Ratcliffe on the Green and Ratcliffe will be donating 10% of their proceeds to their growing efforts!

Rice Vermicelli Noodles with Spring Onions, Local Pickled Vegetables, Grilled New Town Farm Chicken, and Ginger-Sesame Vinaigrette. Noodles can be ordered without chicken for a vegan option.

Vegan Burgers: Choice of either a raw vegan–nut burger, tempeh burger or garden burger with side of Kale Salad with a carrot ginger dressing and sunflower seeds.


Baked Goods

CPCC Culinary Club will be offering cookies, brownies and fresh fruit.

CPCC's Baking and Pastry Club will be out early selling beignets for breakfast, and later will be selling freshly made bread.
